New and in an ideal location - our fully furnished individual apartments for students in "Conway's Home" in Bremen. Our modern property will be completed in August 2018 in the Bremen Technology Park, right next to the university campus. We offer you inspiration, space for creativity, a feel-good atmosphere and all-round living services.

The new and fully furnished apartments for our students are modern and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are invitingly designed and round off the feel-good atmosphere. Free internet and individual service packages for your apartment are a matter of course for us. Full control of rental costs thanks to flat-rate rents! You can plan your rental costs reliably at all times thanks to our flat-rate rental prices.

Booking
Would you like to live with us? Whether for a limited period or for the entire duration of your studies - you can send us your booking request here. So that we can process your request promptly, please note the following checklist and send the following documents in full to apartments@conways-home.de in full:
- Registration form, signed and with the date on which you are looking for an apartment. You will find a template in PDF format at the bottom of the page.
- A copy of your ID (front and back)
- Proof that you are a student, trainee or language student. (No employees possible!)
- Proof of a blocked account or 3 payslips of a guarantor. In addition, a copy of the guarantor's ID.
- Only with a guarantor: Guarantee declaration. You will find a template in PDF format below.
- A current Schufa credit report (does not apply to foreign tenants). The Schufa information can be submitted later if it is not immediately available.
Please note:
- We do not accept cash. You can transfer your rent or use our direct debit system.
- Our minimum rental period is 6 months. An exception applies if you find a suitable new tenant yourself.
- Parking is possible on our property: an outdoor parking space is available for €35 per month, a garage parking space for €55 per month. Please contact us if you are interested.
- We cannot consider requests without (complete) documentation. This does not constitute ignorance on our part. We endeavor to provide all information in the best possible way and to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
As we receive many inquiries every day, we ask for your patience. You will always receive a response from us - either directly with a rental contract by e-mail and information on the further process or we will send you a rejection if no room is currently available.
